Karen Carnovale

Karen has over 35 years experience in training her own dogs for competition and fun. At the age of 12 she competed in the SW Obedience League with her whippet then later with her border collie X and more recently with her labrador. Karen is a bronze level Kennel Club GCDS examiner and has attended several KC GCDS seminars. With her dogs she has volunteered with the Companion Dog Scheme. She has been an instructor for 12 years and currently trains our Silver and Gold KC GCDS and "Beyond Gold" Class. Karen also enjoys training her dogs for agility, flyball, gundog working tests as well as tricks and Rally, often using a clicker. She has an interest in Canine Psychology but her main interest is in helping our members have happy, well balanced family dogs.

Trevor Carpenter

Dip. CABT (Coape) - (Diploma in Practical Aspects of Companion Animal Behaviour and Training ( Centre of Applied Pet Ethology). Trevor has been training for 20yrs and has trained handlers and dogs of all breeds in all club classes - KC GCDS Puppy, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, also trained Obedience up to "A". Also trains in gundog work with his Labrador Bryn with the United Retriever Group

Dot Glover

Trains Bronze Silver and Gold KC GCDS. Dot has owned and trained dogs for many years. She has competed in the SW Obedience League with her Bernese Mountain Dogs. Dot is a Bronze level KC GCDS examiner.She has attended KC GCDS seminars and currently acts as a cover trainer when needed. Her main interest is in helping our members to train with their dogs at KC GCDS Gold level.
